Product Overview
The Laser Oxygen Analyzer is based on TDLAS technology. When a laser beam with a specific wavelength passes through the sample gas, oxygen molecules selectively absorb photon energy and generate characteristic absorption spectra. By detecting the attenuation of laser intensity, the system calculates oxygen concentration in real time.
This technology provides three key advantages: non-contact measurement, excellent interference resistance, and second-level response.
Traditional nitrogen purging relies on experience-based operation, often resulting in more than 30% excessive nitrogen consumption. The laser oxygen analyzer provides real-time oxygen concentration feedback and controls the nitrogen valve through a 4-20 mA signal, enabling demand-based nitrogen purging. Nitrogen supply automatically stops when oxygen concentration reaches the safety threshold, reducing consumption while ensuring sufficient purging performance.
