Online Gas Analyzer Ultra Low Range Dust CEMS Continuous Particulate Matter Emission Monitoring System
System Overview

The Continuous Particulate Matter Emission Monitoring System consists of three basic components: the particulate matter monitoring unit (dust), the flue gas parameter monitoring unit (temperature, pressure, flow rate, O2, humidity), and the data acquisition and processing unit.

Smoke and dust are extracted into the measurement chamber through high-temperature heating. The embedded high-stability laser light source irradiates the smoke particles, and the intensity of the laser scattering signal is positively correlated with the concentration of the smoke particles being irradiated. The instrument detects the weak light scattering signals (intensity signals and pulse signals), and through specific algorithms, calculates the concentration of smoke and dust.

Operating Principle

Optical Section: The optical system comprises a laser light source, power control unit, photoelectric sensing module, and scattered light reception unit. A 650 nm laser beam is emitted at a slight angle into the emission source. The interaction between the laser beam and smoke/dust particles generates scattered light, with backscattered light entering the sensor through the reception system and being converted into electrical signals for processing.

Circuit Section: Implements functions including photoelectric conversion, laser beam modulation, signal amplification, demodulation, light source power control, V/I conversion, and HMI display. The calibrator generates stable optical signals to perform zero-point calibration and range calibration for the instrument.
