Product Description
Stationary Pollution Source Flue Gas Online Monitoring Online CEMS Continuous Emission Monitoring System for SO2 NO NO2 CO CO2
System Overview

This comprehensive monitoring system consists of multiple integrated subsystems: gaseous pollutant monitoring, particulate matter monitoring, flue gas parameter monitoring, and data acquisition and processing. It provides continuous monitoring of critical parameters including dense flue gas flow rate, SO2, NOx, O2, CO, CO2, HCL, HF, NH3, flue gas pressure, and flue gas humidity.

The system calculates emission rates, total emissions, and effectively manages measured data with real-time transmission, remote fault diagnosis, report statistics, and graphical data analysis capabilities, enabling unattended site operation. Featuring a simple structure, wide dynamic range, strong real-time performance, flexible networking, and low operating costs, the modular design allows easy configuration according to customer requirements and seamless integration with internal DCS and environmental protection department data systems.

Key Features
  • High Reliability: Pulsed xenon lamp light source with ten-year lifespan; grating spectroscopy and array sensors with no moving parts; integrated design dust monitor with compact structure
  • Convenient Maintenance: Simple system wiring for easy installation and maintenance; fiber optic connections between light source, gas chamber and spectrometer enable simple part replacement with low costs
  • High Measurement Accuracy: SO2 and NOx analysis using Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (DOAS); effectively compensates for water, dust and other measurement influences; laser backscattering dust measurement with high sensitivity, fast response, built-in self-calibration, and stable performance
