Solution
The Park Environmental Safety Risk Monitoring and Early Warning System mainly consists of modules such as a big data center, capability support platform, database subsystem, early warning subsystem, emergency response subsystem, data analysis subsystem, and information disclosure subsystem. The toxic and hazardous gas risk unit monitoring station produced by our company can monitor pollutants in real time, including CO, HF, HCl, Cl₂, NH₃, H₂S, toluene, esters, aromatic hydrocarbons, and other compounds. Data from the sensors is uploaded to the park’s 3D GIS platform, which integrates basic information and distribution locations of hazardous units, risk sources, monitoring stations/devices, emergency resources and facilities, and the surrounding environment within the chemical industrial park and its enterprises. This establishes an automatic monitoring network covering “point, line, and area.” Leveraging real-time data transmission from the monitoring network, the system integrates daily monitoring, early warning, and emergency response for the entire park onto a unified platform for comprehensive management and control. It monitors the migration paths of pollutants in real time, clarifies the characteristics of pollutant emissions and dispersion patterns of each enterprise in the park, and achieves functions such as “real-time monitoring, risk early warning, data processing, emergency response, and information release.”
