    Dust online monitors and air micro‑stations are installed at locations such as material stockpiles, production processes, and material loading/unloading/transportation areas in industrial enterprises to build a micro‑monitoring network for fugitive emissions, enabling real‑time monitoring of fugitive pollution sources.
  2. Intelligent control – automatic monitoring and automatic treatment
    The integrated environmental protection management, control, and treatment platform visualizes all emission data within the plant area. By integrating functions such as subsystem statistics & display, analysis & learning, and management & systematic treatment, it achieves pollution monitoring & early warning, intelligent equipment management, and clean transportation management.
  3. Precision treatment – scientific dust reduction and removal
    The integrated fugitive emission management, control, and treatment system uses information technology, big data, and other technologies to automatically link dust suppression equipment. When the intelligent treatment equipment receives real‑time commands from the platform, it immediately starts dust suppression devices such as intelligent sprayers and mist systems for precise treatment, thus forming a closed loop of “monitoring – control – treatment” together with the dust sensing monitoring system, micro industrial control system, and intelligent cloud platform. Taking dust monitoring as an example: when the platform detects that fugitive dust data exceed the standard, it automatically sends a command to the dust removal system to reduce dust in real time.
